Wood Frogs are explosive breeders. In early Spring, shortly after the ground thaws and the humidity rises, populations of Wood Frogs pack the new vernal pools in raucous celebrations of fertility. In this recording, Wood Frogs chuckle against the backdrop of Spring Peepers.
